No crazier than I am, although that's not much comfort.  Look for
LI3DS.P, LIACAD.P and LIWAVE.P.  If object import is working for you
in Modeler, these should already be in your Plugins directory.  You
can either copy the relevant three lines from LWM.CFG to LW.CFG or
use Add Plug-in on the Options panel in LW.

If you're as unlucky as I am, they still might not work, but at least
they'll be installed.
